Abstract in different language: | This thesis deals with complex view at infrared spectroscopy and its application. Molecular vibrations theory that presents the principle of vibrational spectroscopy and infrared radiation in general are discussed in the research part of the thesis. Individual components of the instrumentation required for analysis with regard to historical development are presented. Common measuring methods, infrared transparent materials and different sample preparation techniques are areas of interest as well. Thesis further expends on three experiments and their evaluation. The main goals were the identification of an unknown material thermally decomposed by a simultaneous thermal analyzer, and analysis of its decomposition gasses, the identification options of epoxy resin samples with various amounts of magnesium oxide nanoparticles, and transformer oil diagnosis. |
