| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo analyzovat ruskou a českou kuchyni a jejich modifikace v Rusku a České republice. Obě kuchyně byly popsány s důrazem na jejich vlastnosti a jedinečné prvky. Kuchyně byly podrobněji porovnány, aby byly identifikovány jejich podobnosti a rozdíly. Kromě toho bylo cílem této bakalářské práce provést výzkum prokazující jevy úpravy a změny v jednotlivých kuchyních a získat tak informace o stravovacích návycích Rusů a Čechů. Studie byla provedena prostřednictvím průzkumu, který poskytl informace o stravovacích návycích dvou národnosti. Původní formulář pro tento průzkum je uveden v příloze. Nedílnou součástí bakalářské práce je i glosář, který obsahuje názvy ingrediencí a přísad ruské kuchyně. Také glosář je obsažen v příloze bakalářské práce. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of the given bachelor's thesis was to analyze Russian and Czech cuisine and their modifications in Russia and the Czech Republic. Both have been described with an emphasis on their features and unique elements. The cuisines were compared in more detail to identify their similarities and differences. In addition, the purpose of this bachelor's thesis was to conduct research proving the phenomena of cuisine modification. The study was conducted through a survey that provided information on the eating habits of Russians and Czechs. The original form for this survey is provided in the appendix. Likewise, a glossary was compiled, which indicates the names of terms and ingredients of traditional Russian and Czech cuisine. This register is an integral part of the bachelor's thesis and is linked in the appendix. |
