| Abstract: | Tématem bakalářské práce je způsob controllingu projektů. Cílem práce je a na základě teoretických poznatků zhodnotit reálný způsob provádění controllingu ve vybraném podniku Škoda Transportation, se zaměřením na konkrétní projekt. V teoretické části jsou představeny základní pojmy, organizace a metody controllingu v rámci podniku a následně při řízení projektů. V praktické části je nejprve popsán zvolený podnik a projekt dodávky tramvají do města Bonn. Je zkoumána organizace, praktické provádění controllingu a použité metody v daném podniku a pro zvolený projekt. V závěru praktické části jsou zhodnoceny použité controllingové procesy, metody a reporting a jsou navržena doporučení k jejich zlepšení. |
| Abstract in different language: | The topic of the bachelor thesis is the method of project controlling. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate, on the basis of theoretical knowledge, the real method of controlling in a selected company Škoda Transportation, focusing on a specific project. In the theoretical part, the basic concepts, organization and methods of controlling within the company and then in the project management are presented. In the practical part, the selected company and the project of supplying trams to the city of Bonn are first described. The organisation, the practical implementation of controlling and the methods used in the company and for the selected project are examined. At the end of the practical part, the used controlling processes, methods and reporting are evaluated and recommendations for improvement are proposed. |
