| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá popisem trhu práce, jeho problémů a příčin problémů. Zaměřuje se na negativní faktory ovlivňující trh práce v okrese Sokolov. Obsahuje popis trhu práce, vliv nabídky a poptávky po práci. Definuje pojem nezaměstnanost, druhy nezaměstnanosti a účastníky trhu práce. Popisuje nástroje aktivní a pasivní politiky zaměstnanosti využívané státem a funkce úřadu práce. Důležitou součástí práce je popis vývoje trhu práce v okrese, a to zejména pozorováním ukazatelů jako je podíl nezaměstnaných osob a počet volných pracovních míst. V práci se také nachází charakteristiky uchazečů o zaměstnání z hlediska věku, délky doby v evidenci nezaměstnaných, dosaženého vzdělání a výše podpory v nezaměstnanosti, kterou pobírají. V závěru práce jsou vypsány návrhy a doporučení pro zlepšení situace na trhu práce v okrese Sokolov. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis deals with the description of the labour market, its problems and causes of problems. It focuses on the negative factors affecting the labour market in the Sokolov district. It contains a description of the labour market, the influence of supply and demand for labour. It defines the concept of unemployment, types of unemployment and labour market participants. It describes the tools of active and passive employment policies used by the state and the functions of the labour office. An important part of the work is a description of the development of the labour market in the district, especially by observing indicators such as the amount of unemployed people and the number of vacancies. The thesis also contains the characteristics of job applicants in the terms of age, length of time in the register of unemployed, educational attainment and the amount of unemployment benefits they receive. At the end of the thesis, proposals, and recommendations for improving the situation on the labour market in the district of Sokolov are listed. |
