| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce "Time management v manažerské praxi (Koncept řízení času. Efektivní plánování. Rozhodování a určování priority. Zlaté pravidlo delegování. Účinný boj s prokrastinací.)". Cílem je poukázat na techniky pro zlepšení osobního time managementu a na určité další aspekty, které time management zahrnuje. V empirickém výzkumu bude cílem poukázat na manažerské dovednosti, kompetence a znalosti manažerů v time managementu v různých organizacích a jak s ním pracují. Výzkum se bude věnovat i rozdílům time managementu v manažerské praxi ve veřejní správě, firmě malé či střední velikosti, korporacím a neziskovým organizacím. Jako druhotná výchozí téze bakalářské práce bude možnost vlivu time managementu na syndrom vyhoření v důsledku vlastního osobního vedení. |
| Abstract in different language: | Bachelor thesis "Time management in management practice (The concept of time management. Effective planning. Decision making and prioritization. The golden rule of delegation. Effective fight with procrastination)". The aim is to highlight techniques for improving personal time management and certain other aspects that time management involves. In the empirical research, the aim will be to highlight the managerial skills, competencies and knowledge of managers in time management in different organizations and how they work with it. The research will also look at the differences of time management in managerial practice in public administration, small or medium size firms, corporations and non-profit organizations. As a secondary starting thesis of the bachelor thesis will be the possibility of the impact of time management on burnout syndrome due to one's own personal leadership. |
