| Abstract: | Tématem diplomové práce je Policie ČR a její personální politika. Jejím cílem bylo podat ucelený pohled na Policii České republiky a její personální politiku a také seznámit čtenáře s klíčovými rozdíly mezi příslušníky ve služebním poměru a občanskými zaměstnanci v poměru pracovním. Zpočátku se práce soustředí na vymezení potřebných pojmů z oblasti personalistiky, následně se práce zaměřuje na obecnou charakteristiku a historii Policie České republiky a také samotnou analýzu jednotlivých personálních procesů uvnitř této organizace. |
| Abstract in different language: | The topic of the diploma thesis is the Police of the Czech Republic and its personnel policy. Its aim was to provide a comprehensive view of the Police of the Czech Republic and its personnel policy, as well as to acquaint readers with the key differences between members of employment and civil servants in employment. Initially, the work focuses on defining the necessary concepts in the field of human resources, then the work focuses on the general characteristics and history of the Police of the Czech Republic and the analysis of individual personnel processes within this organization. |
