| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je primárně zaměřena na úpravu nejvzdálenějších regionů v právu EU. První část práce plní úlohu představení nejvzdálenějších regionů z několika relevantních hledisek - geografického, historického, politického a administrativního. Druhá část pokrývá vývoj právní úpravy nejvzdálenějších regionů v tzv. primárním evropském právu. Třetí část se zaměřuje na konkrétní opatření přijatá unijními institucemi prostřednictvím závazných právních i nezávazných informativních aktů. Čtvrtá část nabízí nejaktuálnější postoj Unie k nejvzdálenějším regionům, včetně výhledu do následujících let. V poslední části jsou regiony představeny z pozice užitečných a strategických oblastí. |
| Abstract in different language: | The diploma thesis is primarily focused on the regulation of the outermost regions in EU law. The first part of the work fulfills the role of presenting the outermost regions from several relevant points of view - geographical, historical, political and administrative. The second part covers the development of the legislation of the outermost regions in the so-called primary European law. The third part focuses on specific measures taken by the EU institutions through legally binding and non-binding acts. The fourth part offers the Union's most up-to-date approach to the outermost regions, including the outlook for the coming years. In the last part the regions are presented from the position of useful and strategic areas. |
