| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá srovnáním všech možných aspektů plavecké přípravy mezi ČR a USA, které se významně liší svými úspěchy na mezinárodní scéně. V obsáhlejší teoretické části této práce lze nalézt analýzu systémů vzdělávání a sportu, srovnání zázemí a vybavení pro sportovní přípravu v obou státech, rozbor jednotlivých složek plavecké přípravy a také srovnání zmíněných států z hlediska míry úspěšnosti na vrcholných soutěžích. Výzkumná část diplomové práce obsahuje dotazníkové šetření, které bylo směřováno vybranému vzorku lidí se zkušenostmi s plaveckou přípravou z USA. Nalezené rozdíly mezi oběma státy, které vyplývají z cíle práce, jsou uceleně rozebrány ve výsledcích této práce a zjednodušeně shrnuty v konspektu zásadních rozdílů. |
| Abstract in different language: | The diploma thesis deals with the comparison of all possible aspects of swimming practice between the Czech Republic and the USA, which differ significantly in their success on the international scene. In the more comprehensive theoretical part of this work you can find an analysis of the education and sports systems, comparison of facilities and equipment for sports training in both countries, analysis of various components of swimming training and comparison of these countries in terms of success rates at top competitions. The research part of the diploma thesis contains a questionnaire survey, which was measured on a selected group of people with personal experience with swimming training in the USA. The differences discovered between these two countries, which result from the objectives of the work, are comprehensively analyzed in the results of this work and simply summarized in the outline of the fundamental differences. |
