| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zaobírá vlivem alkoholu na motorické schopnosti studentů tělesné výchovy Západočeské univerzity v Plzni. Studium vysoké školy úzce souvisí s přechodem studentů do období dospělosti, které může být spojováno s konzumací alkoholu. V první části jsou shrnuty poznatky o vlivu alkoholu na lidské tělo, motorických schopnostech a dospívání. Výzkumná část si klade za cíl prokázat vliv alkoholu na úroveň motorických schopností. Výzkumu se zúčastnilo 10 studentů (5 žen a 5 mužů) ve věku 20-24 let. Pomocí standardizovaného dotazníku AUDIT (Alcohol Use Disorders Identification Test) byla zjištěna jejich alkoholová historie. Využitím motorických testů si otestovali své motorické schopnosti před a po požití alkoholu. Testy se zaměřovaly na reakční rychlost, koordinační a silové schopnosti. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor's thesis focuses on the influence of alcohol on the motor skills of physical education students at the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen. University studies are closely related to students' transition to adulthood, which may be associated with alcohol consumption. The first part summarizes the knowledge of the effect of alcohol on the human body, motor skills and adolescence. The research part aims to demonstrate the effect of alcohol on the motor skill levels. Research involved 10 students (5 women and 5 men) aged 20-24 years. Using a standardized AUDIT (Alcohol Use Disorders Identification Test) questionnaire, their alcohol history was determined. Using motor tests, they tested their motor skills before and after drinking alcohol. The tests focused on reaction speed, coordination and strength skills. |
