| Abstract: | Vysokotlaké parovody za provozu podléhají degradaci vlivem tečení. Jedná se o trvalou deformaci způsobenou dlouhodobým zatěžováním vysokou teplotou a tlakem, která se v čase zvětšuje až do následného vzniku trhliny a havárie. Za účelem zlepšení současné metodiky pro kontrolu vytipovaných namáhaných úseků vysokotlakých parovodů byly testovány pokročilé měřicí metody – 3D skenování a fotogrammetrie. Hlavními cíli je přechod z lokálního hodnocení tečení na plošné, stanovení velikosti deformace v po sobě jdoucích časových intervalech a identifikace lokálních deformací povrchu. |
| Abstract in different language: | High-pressure steam pipelines are subject to creep degradation during operation. It is a permanent deformation caused by long-term load of high temperature and pressure, which increases in time until a subsequent crack and accident occurs. In order to improve the current methodology for the control of selected stressed sections of high-pressure steam pipelines, advanced measuring methods – 3D scanning and photogrammetry – were tested. The main objectives are transition from local evaluation to surface evaluation, determination of deformation in successive time intervals and identification of local surface deformations. |
