dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce měla za cíl analyzovat řízení lidských zdrojů a faktory ovlivňující pracovní výkonnost. Pro praktickou část byla zvolena organizace Česká spořitelna, a.s. jako objekt zkoumání. V první části bakalářské práce se nachází teoretické poznatky, které jsou výsledkem rešerše odborné literatury od mnoha autorů, kteří se zabývali či stále zabývají problematikou pracovní výkonnosti. Druhá část práce se prakticky zaměřuje na aplikaci teoretických znalostí obsažených v první části práce a dále se zabývá řízením lidských zdrojů a výzkumem faktorů, které mají vliv na pracovní výkonnost zaměstnanců.cs

The organization Česká spořitelna, a.s. was chosen for the practical part. as an object of investigation. The first part of the bachelor's thesis contains theoretical findings that are the result of a search of professional literature by many authors who dealt or still deal with the issue of work performance. The second part of the thesis practically focuses on the application of the theoretical knowledge contained in the first part of the thesis and further deals with the management of human resources and the research of factors that influence the work performance of employees.en
