| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá právní úpravou nejlepšího zájmu dítěte ve vztahu k aktuální právní úpravě jak v mezinárodních, tak i vnitrostátních předpisech zejména pak ve vztahu ke konstantnosti rozhodování Ústavního soudu České republiky, a to z pohledu hmotněprávní i procesněprávní úpravy. Diplomová práce se v závěru věnuje jednotlivým vybraným nálezům Ústavního soudu z let 2020-2022. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis deals with the legal arrangement of the best interest of the child in relation to the current legal arrangement in both international and national regulations, especially in relation to the constancy of the decisions of the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic, from the point of view of substantive and procedural law. In the end, this thesis is devoted to individual selected decisions of the Constitutional Court from years 2020-2022. |
