| Abstract: | Česká republika se řadí mezi zastupitelské demokracie, což je forma vlády založená na principu volby zastupitelů lidu v přímých volbách. To ale neznamená, že občané nemohou ovlivnit rozhodování přímo, pomocí prvků přímé demokracie. Mezi nejvýznamnější instituty přímé demokracie v ČR patří petice a místní referendum. Tato práce se věnuje možnosti občanů podílet se na územní správě. |
| Abstract in different language: | The Czech Republic ranks among representative democracies, which is a form of government based on the principle of electing people's representatives in direct elections. But this does not mean that citizens cannot influence decision-making directly, using the elements of direct democracy. Among the most important institutes of direct democracy in the Czech Republic are petitions and local referendums. This work is devoted to the possibility of citizens to participate in territorial administration. |
