| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá identifikací stěžejních motorických kompetencí a jejich rozvojem u jedinců s tělesným postižením v paraboxu. Cílem výzkumu je testování úrovně silových schopností těchto jedinců v porovnání s intaktní populací odpovídajícího věku a výkonnostní úrovně. Práce se dále zabývá problematikou vlivu specifického paraboxerského tréninku na tuto zdravotní kategorii. V tréninku se zaměřujeme především na navýšení jejich motorických kompetencí využitelných v běžném životě a zajímá nás, jakým způsobem tento pravidelný trénink ovlivní kvalitu jejich života z hlediska tělesného handicapu. Součástí praktické části práce je grafické a slovní vyhodnocení. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis deals with the identification of key motor competencies and their development in individuals with physical disability in paraboxing. The aim of the research is to test the level of strength of these individuals in comparison with intact population corresponding to age and performance level. The thesis further deals with the issue of the influence of specific paraboxing training on this health category. In the training we focus mainly on increasing their motor competencies usable in everyday life and we are interested in how this regular training will affect their quality of life in terms of physical disability. Part of the practical part of the thesis is graphic and verbal evaluation. |
