| Abstract: | Tématem této bakalářské práce je vytvořit soubor metodického materiálu obsahující cvičební jednotky s prvky gymnastiky v mateřské škole. Práce je zaměřena na využití gymnastiky formou her během pohybových činností v mateřských školách. Teoretická část se zabývá základními poznatky o vývoji dítěte předškolního věku, jeho charakteristice a rozboru pohybových schopností a dovedností. Zároveň popisuje specifické znaky gymnastických cvičení vhodných pro děti předškolního věku. Praktická část obsahuje deset cvičebních jednotek zaměřených na gymnastiku formou her pro děti předškolního věku. Cílem práce je vytvořit soubor metodického materiálu, který by mohl sloužit pedagogům jako inspirace při tvorbě cvičebních bloků, pro děti předškolního věku, zaměřených na gymnastiku. |
| Abstract in different language: | The topic of this bachelor's thesis is to create a set of methodological material containing exercise units with elements of gymnastics in kindergarten. The work is focused on the use of gymnastics in the form of games during movement activities in kindergartens. The theoretical part deals with basic knowledge about the development of preschool children, their characteristics and analysis of movement abilities and skills. At the same time, it describes the specific features of gymnastic exercises suitable for children of preschool age. The practical part contains ten exercise units focused on gymnastics in the form of games for preschool children. The goal of the work is to create a set of methodological material that could serve as inspiration for educators when creating exercise blocks for preschool children focused on gymnastics. |
