| Abstract: | Pro toto téma jsem si vybrala autobiografii pana Jana Kamíra. Jeho příběh vypráví o komplikované době druhé poloviny 20. století, ale zmiňuje i zábavné historky z prostředí radiomechanikovi dílny. Protože mé téma bylo autorská kniha, zvolila jsem velmi intuitivní přístup. Hlavní vizuální element na obálce je grafický tisk destičky plošných spojů. Tiskla jsem ji podobným způsobem, jako se tiskne grafický lept. Také jsem přidala krátké faktické poznámky, jenž dovysvětlují původní text. Vytvořila jsem i fotografický medailonek autora, který je umístěn na konci knihy. Rozměry knihy jsou 150×200 mm, zvolila jsem šitou vazbu V4. Tato práce mě bavila a s jejím výslednou formou jsem spokojená. |
| Abstract in different language: | The topic of my Bachelor's thesis was an Author's Book. For this topic I chose Jan Kamir's autobiohraphy. His story portrays a complicated situation in the second half of the 20th century, but he also tells funny stories from the environment of the radio mechanic's workshop. Because my topic is the Author's book, my approach was very intuitive. The main visual element of the book cover is a circuit board. I printed it in a technique similar to graphic etching. I added short factual notes to the original text. These notes should explain specific terms from the original text. I also created a photo locket about the author, which I placed in the final part of the book. The dimensions of the book are 150×200 mm, I chose a V4 sewn bookbinding. I enjoyed working on this project and overall I am satisfied with its final form. It helped me to further develop my skills of graphic and book design. |
