| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje rizikům spojených s odkládáním těhotenství do vyššího věku. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá plod-ností v souvislosti s věkem, neplodností a její terapií. Dále popisuje specifika těhotenství ve vyšším věku, péči porodní asistentky a diagnostiku vrozených vývojových vad a v neposlední řadě i rizika pro plod a komplikace související s pokročilým věkem matky. Praktickou část tvoří kvantitativní výzkum. Cílem dotazníkového šetření je zjištění, zda se u žen starších skutečně vyskytuje více komplikací než u žen mladších. Práce předkládá výsledky, které potvrzují vyšší incidenci problémů s otěhotněním, častější využití speci-álních diagnostických metod prenatální diagnostiky a provedení plánovaných císařských řezů u žen starších. Ve výskytu komplikací během těhotenství se u žen starších prokázal pouze drobný nárůst. Komplikace při porodu se pak nevyskytovaly u starších rodiček čas-těji a ani v psychickém rozpoložení a zvládání mateřské role nebyly shledány u žen star-ších horší výsledky, stejně tomu tak bylo i u celkového zdravotního stavu novorozence. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor's thesis is devoted to the risks associated with delaying pregnancy to an older age. It is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part deals with fertility in connection with age, infertility and its therapy. It also describes the spe-cifics of pregnancy at an older age, the care of a midwife and the diagnosis of congenital developmental defects, and last but not least, the risks for the fetus and complications related to the advanced age of the mother. The practical part consists of quantitative re-search. The aim of the questionnaire survey is to find out whether older women really have more complications than younger women. The work presents results, which confirm the higher incidence of problems with getting pregnant, the use of special diagnostic methods of prenatal diagnosis and planned caesarean sections in a group of older women. Among older women, only a small increase in the incidence of complications during pregnancy was demonstrated. Complications during childbirth did not occur more often in older mothers. Older women were not found to have worse results in terms of psycho-logical mood and coping with the maternal role, as was the case with the overall health status of the newborn. |
