| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je vytvořit návody k internetovému bankovnictví pro seniory, které budou srozumitelné, uživatelsky přívětivé a bezpečné. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá specifiky jednotlivých typů návodů jako jsou obrázkové, video, textové a webové návody. Nejprve jsou v práci vymezena specifika cílové skupiny seniorů a pak specifika typů návodů, kde jsou popsány jednotlivá pravidla, která by se při tvorbě návodů měla dodržovat. V praktické části je pak popsán sběr informací, které sloužily pro vytvoření názorné ukázky, jak by měl návod vypadat. První fáze výzkumného šetření probíhala na Univerzitě třetího věku, kde senioři vyplnili dotazník a později absolvovali krátký rozhovor, kde uvedli zpětnou vazbu na vytvořený návod. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor's thesis deals with the specifics of different types of instructions, such as image-based, video-based, text-based, and web-based instructions. Firstly, the specifics of the target group of seniors are defined, followed by the specifics of the types of instructions, which describe the individual rules that should be followed when creating instructions. The practical part describes the collection of information used to create a demonstrative example of what the instructions should look like. The first phase of the research investigation was conducted at the University of the Third Age, where seniors filled out a questionnaire and later underwent a short interview, providing feedback on the created instructions. |
