| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá zhodnocením ekonomických dopadů filmových pobídek v České republice. Dochází k analýze historie filmového průmyslu v České republice, možností financování filmové tvorby a k podrobnému popisu filmových pobídek. Provedený výzkum ukazuje významný vliv těchto pobídek na filmový průmysl a ekonomiku země. Současně jsou však vyzdviženy i problémy jako zastaralý systém či nedostatečná podpora od vlády. Práce se dále zaměřuje na výčet možných doporučení, kterými je například novelizace zákona o audiovizi či zvýšení rozpočtu filmových pobídek. V závěru je provedeno zhodnocení a porovnání s konkurenčními zeměmi, konkrétně Maďarskem a Irskem. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis focuses on evaluating the economic impacts of film incentives in the Czech Republic. It includes an analysis of the history of the film industry in the Czech Republic, financing options for film production, and a detailed description of film incentives. The conducted research demonstrates the significant influence of these incentives on the film industry and the country's economy. However, it also highlights issues such as an outdated system and inadequate government support. Furthermore, the thesis examines a list of potential recommendations, such as amending the audiovisual law or increasing the budget for film incentives. In conclusion, there is an evaluation and comparison with competitive countries, specifically Hungary and Ireland. |
