| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem přístupu zaměřeného na klienta a jeho využitím v odborném sociálním poradenství. V první části práce je vymezené teoretické ukotvení. První část má pět hlavních kapitol, které nesou názvy - teorie sociální práce, přístup zaměřený na klienta, aktivní naslouchání, poradenství a občanské poradny. Druhá část práce je rozdělena na metodologii a interpretaci dat. V metodologické části výzkumu autor popisuje postup výzkumu, jako je například výběr vzorku dat, etické hledisko výzkumu, či charakteristika participantů. V kapitole "interpretace dat" autor popisuje odpovědi participantů a porovnává je s teoretickou částí práce. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of client-centred approach and its use in professional social counselling. The first part of the thesis defines the theoretical anchoring. The first part has five main chapters which are entitled - social work theory, client-centred approach, active listening, counselling and citizen counselling. The second part of the thesis is divided into methodology and data interpretation. In the methodological part of the research, the author describes the research procedure, such as data sampling, ethical considerations of the research, and participant characteristics. In the "data interpretation" chapter, the author describes the responses of the participants and compares them with the theoretical part of the thesis. |
