| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá komplexní analýzou vztahu mezi psychologickými faktory a stravovacími návyky. Průzkum se zaměřuje na dopady mentálního zdraví, jako jsou stres, deprese, či úzkost, na výběr potravin, stravovací chování a celkový životní styl. Kombinuje poznatky z oblasti psychologie, výživy a behaviorálních věd s cílem porozumět motivacím a determinantům stravování jednotlivců. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis deals with a comprehensive analysis of the relationship between psychological factors and eating habits. The survey focuses on the effects of mental health, such as stress, depression or anxiety, on food choices, eating behavior and overall lifestyle. It combines knowledge from psychology, nutrition and behavioral sciences to understand the motivations and determinants of individuals' eating. |
