| Abstract: | Moje bakalářská práce se bude zaměřovat na problematiku adaptace a začleňování dětí ze sociokulturně znevýhodněného prostředí do prostředí mateřské školy. Jako cíl práce jsem si zvolila zjistit, jak se tyto děti budou adaptovat na nové prostředí mateřské školy a jak budou začleňovány do kolektivu vrstevníků. Dalšími cíli bude zjistit, jaké budou vztahy s vrstevníky a také jaké metody práce učitelů budou podporovat adaptaci těchto dětí. V teoretické části práce budou nejprve definovány pojmy jako "dítě ze sociokulturně znevýhodněného prostředí". Dále se práce zaměří na specifika výchovy a vzdělávání dětí ze sociokulturně znevýhodněného prostředí v předškolním věku, a to s ohledem na adaptaci, socializaci a začleňování do vrstevnického kolektivu. Praktická část práce se bude zabývat samotným výzkumem, který bude kombinovat metody pozorování a rozhovorů s paní učitelkami pracujícími s dětmi ze sociokulturně znevýhodněného prostředí. Výzkum bude probíhat v září 2023 a v lednu 2024 v šesti mateřských školách. Na závěr práce budou navrženy vhodné postupy a metody práce při adaptaci a začleňování dětí ze sociokulturně znevýhodněného prostředí do prostředí mateřské školy. |
| Abstract in different language: | My bachelor's thesis will focus on the issue of adaptation and integration of children from a socio-culturally disadvantaged environment into the kindergarten environment. As the goal of the work, I chose to find out how these children will adapt to the new environment of the kindergarten and how they will be integrated into the group of peers. Other goals will be to find out what relationships with peers will be like, as well as what methods of teachers' work will support the adaptation of these children. In the theoretical part of the thesis, terms such as "child from a socio-culturally disadvantaged environment" will first be defined. Furthermore, the work will focus on the specifics of the upbringing and education of children from a socio-culturally disadvantaged environment in preschool age, with regard to adaptation, socialization and inclusion in the peer group. The practical part of the work will deal with the research itself, which will combine the methods of observation and interviews with teachers working with children from a socio-culturally disadvantaged environment. The research will take place in September 2023 and January 2024 in six kindergartens. At the end of the work, appropriate procedures and work methods will be proposed for the adaptation and integration of children from a socio-culturally disadvantaged environment into the kindergarten environment. |
