| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se skládá ze dvou hlavních částí: teoretická část a praktická část. Obsahem praktické části je videoprogram na správnou techniku a metodiku sportovní a rekondiční masáže šíje a zad. V teoretické části jsem se věnoval následujícím devíti podtématům. Teoretická část: 3.1 Historie masáže 3.2 Definice masáže 3.3 Účinky masáže 3.4 Základních masérské hmaty a jejich použití 3.5 Metodický postup masáže šíje a zad 3.6 Druhy sportovní masáže 3.7 Masážní prostředky 3.8 Indikace a kontra indikace masáže 3.9 Anatomie vybraných svalů Praktická část: Praktická část se skládá z přípravy, organizace a koordinace samotného natáčení, tj. zajistit prostory pro natáčení, maséra, masírovaného, kameramana, kameru, popřípadě osvětlení. Zpracování technického záznamu, střih, ozvučení, dabing, začištění. Dokončení, uložení videoprogramu na přenosné medium (DVD). |
| Abstract in different language: | Bachelor thesis consists of two main parts: theoretical part and practical part. Practical part contents a videoprogram of correct technics and methodics of sporting and reconditioning massage of nape and back. In theoretical part I worked on following nine subtopics. Theoretical part: 3.1 History of massage 3.2 Definition of massage 3.3 Effect of massage 3.4 Basic massager touches and thein using 3.5 Methodic procedure of massage of nape and back 3.6 Types of sporting massage 3.7 Massage resources 3.8 Indication and contraindication of massage 3.9 Anatomy of selected muscles Practical part: Practical part consists of preparation, organization and coordination of filming, which means getting place for filming, massager, massaged person, cameraman, camera or lifting. Processing of a technical record, cut, sound, dabing, clearing. Finishing, saving videoprogram to portable medium (DVD). |
