| Abstrakt: | Práce se zabývá problematikou vybraných disciplín dětské atletiky a upozorňuje zejména na využívání nových netradičních přístupů ve vyučovacích jednotkách tělesné výchovy na 1.stupni ZŠ. Je členěna do dvou hlavních částí - teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část je zaměřena na důležitost sportu, zlepšení vztahu dítěte k pohybu. Dále jsou zde popsány pravidla vybraných atletických disciplín. V části praktické jsou uvedeny návrhy a realizace průpravných cvičení pro zlepšení některých pohybových dovedností, to vše formou netradičních pohybových her. Tato část je doplněna několika fotografiemi. |
| Abstrakt v dalším jazyce: | One of the first tasks of the 1st degree teachers is awake a positive attitude to the sport in children. Primary school age is appropriate for easy shaping of their opinions and attitudes, that they can have for all life. Sport is very important at any age and for everyone, regardless of gender, age or physical fitness. Teaching and physical education should be upgraded so that children still had fun and enriching them. Therefore this thesis offers suggestions how to teach a physical education and athletics by the playful and fun way. The thesis is focused to design and implement physical activities and fun games for selected athletic disciplines and unconventional form in teaching units on the first degree of primary schools. The work includes theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part includes a description of selected athletic events and basic rules for their implementation. The practical part is the manual, which offers a practical view on the issue of effective teaching athletics on the first degree of primary schools. There are clearly described physical activities and movement games. All this is supplemented by many photographs from the lessons of physical education. |
