| Abstract: | Ve své diplomové práci se věnuji ochraně mezinárodních investic a řešení sporů z nich vznikajících se zaměřením na ČR a Francii. Mezi hlavní kapitoly mé diplomové práce patří: 1. Pojem mezinárodní investice, 2. Dohody o ochraně investic, 3. Pojem ochrany mezinárodních investic a jejich vývoj, 4. Spory vznikající z mezinárodních investic a jejich řešení, 5. Mezinárodní středisko pro řešení sporů z investic (ICSID), 6. Spory z mezinárodních investic se zaměřením na Českou Republiku, 7.Spory z mezinárodních investic se zaměřením na Francii. |
