| Abstract: | Tématem této práce je popis římského a germánského polyteistického náboženství a zachycení jeho přerodu v náboženství křesťanské. Cílem je vysvětlit pohnutky, jež vedly Římany a poté i Germány k této radikální změně a najít posuny v myšlení lidí, které tato změna způsobila. |
| Abstract in different language: | The subject of this thesis is a description of Roman and Germanic polytheistic religion and depiction of its transformation into Christian religion. The aim is to explain the reasons which led the Romans and later the Germanic peoples to this fundamental change and to find the shifts in people´s thinking which it caused. |
