Abstract: V práci nalezneme popis ionizujícího záření a jeho druhů. Další část se zabývá polovodičovými detektory. Je zde podrobně rozebrán princip funkce a různé druhy detektorů. Následně jsou uvedeni přední výrobci detektorů. V závěru jsou srovnávány druhy polovodičových detektorů a možnosti polohové detekce částic.
Abstract in different language: In this thesis we find description of ionizing radiation and its species. In the first chapter we find description of ionizing radiation and its species. The next part deals with semiconductor detectors. There is detailed analysis of the operating principles and different types of detectors. The following are described leading manufacturer of detectors. The final chapter compares the types of semiconductor detectors and positional detection of particles.
