dc.description.abstractCílem této práce je popsat rozdíly v komunikaci mezi muži a ženami. První část práce se zabývá složitým procesem komunikace a představuje jeho nejdůležitější části jako například komunikaci verbální, neverbální, přímou a nepřímou. V první části jsou také zahrnuty biologické a sociální faktory, které ovlivňují vývoj komunikace. Druhá část práce je zaměřena na specifické rozdíly v komunikačních stylech mužů a žen, jejich popis, zkoumání jejich původu a efektu na opačný gender. Třetí část práce je průzkum. Jeho cílem bylo ověřit nebo vyvrátit hypotézy, které byly stanoveny na základě teoretické části.cs

dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of this thesis is to describe differences in communication between men and women. First part of this thesis is concerned with a complicated process of communication; it introduces its vital parts such as verbal and non-verbal communication and direct and indirect communication. There are also implicated social and biological factors, which influences the development of communication. Second part of this thesis is focused on specific differences in men's and women's communicational styles, their description, research of their origin and their effect on the other gender. Third part of the thesis is research. The goal of this section was to verify or disprove hypothesis, which were created on the background of the theoretical part.en
