Abstract:	Hlavním tématem bakalářské práce jsou soudci z lidu. Práce pojednává o právní úpravě zlidovění soudnictví, základních právních pramenech, kterými se soudci z lidu museli řídit, včetně popisu samotného výkonu funkce. Součástí je také kapitola se vzpomínkami dvou soudců z lidu.
Abstract in different language:	The main topic of this thesis are the judges from the people. The work deals with the legislation of the judiciary, fundamental sources of law, which judges from the people had to follow, including a description of the actual performance of duties before 1989. It also includes a chapter with the memories of two judges from the people.
