| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou stresu u studentů vysokých škol. Teoretická část obsahuje čtyři kapitoly, které popisují zátěžové situace a techniky vyrovnávání se s nimi. Jsou analyzovány pojmy, které se týkají nejen stresu, ale i duševní hygieny a relaxace. Cílem praktické části bylo zjistit příčiny zátěže, náchylnost ke stresu, a používání copingových strategií studenty vysokých škol. Následně byly porovnávány rozdíly mezi humanitně a technicky zaměřenými studenty. |
| Abstract in different language: | This diploma thesis deals with the issue of stress of university students. The theoretical part contains four chapters that describe stressful situations and techniques of coping with them. The terms that relate not only stress but also mental health and relaxation are analyzed. Aim of practical part was to determine the causes of burden, susceptibility to stress, and the use of coping strategies of university students. The differences between humanistic and technically oriented students were subsequently compared. |
