| Abstract: | Směrnice představují základní pravidla, která určují, jak bude daná činnost probíhat, jejich tvorba je nicméně velmi často účetními jednotkami považována pouze za nutnost. Předložená práce je zaměřena na analýzu a zhodnocení některých vybraných vnitropodnikových směrnic upravujících oblast účetnictví ve vybraném podniku. V případě zjištěných nedostatků jsou navržena nápravná opatření. V první části práce jsou na základě prostudované odborné literatury a legislativních předpisů shrnuta teoretická východiska. Navazující část se zabývá analýzou konkrétního podniku a jeho systémem tvorby směrnic. |
| Abstract in different language: | Directives represents basic rules, which are exactly determining how will give activity proceed. However, for entities, creation of the internal rules is very often considered only as the need. The presented work is focused on analysis and evaluation of some selected internal directives on accounting in a concrete company. If deficiencies are identified, a corrective action is suggest. The first part of the thesis summarizes the theoretical bases of drawn from the literature and legislative provisions. The following part contains a specific analysis of the company and its system of internal directives. |
