| Abstract: | Práce stručně popisuje ochranu spotřebitele v ČR. V úvodní části je popsáno, jak tuto problematiku řeší Evropská unie. Popisuje nástroje politiky EU a postavení spotřebitelských práv na celoevropském trhu. V další části je pospán historický vývoj ochrany spotřebitele v ČR. Jsou zde konkrétně rozepsány instituce, které ochranu spotřebitelských práv mají na starosti. V praktické části jsou uvedeny konkrétní situace a příklady jako ukázka porušení práv spotřebitelů a doporučené postupy, jak se v daných situacích zachovat. V závěru je stručné zhodnocení zmiňované problematiky. |
| Abstract in different language: | The presented work outlines a protection of the consumer in the Czech Republic.In the introduction, there is description of how European Union deals with this issue. It describes instruments of EU policies and the status of consumer´s rights in the European market.The next section includes the historical development of the consumer´s protection in the Czech Republic. It holds the list of institutions, which cover the protection of consumer´s rights.The practical section provides specific situations and examples such as violation of consumer´s rights, and recommends the best steps to take in given situations.In conclusion, there is a brief assessment of the mentioned issues. |
