| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá analýzou marketingového mixu konkrétní neziskové organizace. Hlavním cílem je tedy analýza marketingového mixu této organizace, které předchází vymezení pojmu nezisková organizace, popis konkrétní neziskové organizace, analýza její činnosti a financování. Po analýze marketingového mixu následuje analýza prostředí organizace, na jejímž základě je sestavena SWOT analýza. V závěru jsou navrhnuta zlepšující opatření jak marketingového mixu, tak opatření, která se marketingového mixu netýkají, avšak jejich zavedení může mít na organizaci pozitivní vliv. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the marketing mix of a particular non-profit organization. Therefore, the main goal is the analysis of the marketing mix of this organization which is preceded by the definition of the term non-profit organization, description of the particular non-profit organization and analysis of its activities and financing. The analysis of the organization's environment follows the analysis of the marketing mix and then a SWOT analysis is created. The last part of the thesis suggests improvement measures regarding the marketing mix as well as measures which are not related to the marketing mix, but their introduction might have a positive influence on the organization. |
