| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce komparuje politický systém Atén a Římské republiky za doby krize se zaměřením na institucionálni strukturu daných celků. Komparace je prováděna v rámci rozdělení moci na zákondárnou, výkonnou a soudní.Tato kritéria poskytují jednotící prvek pro rozdílnou strukturu institucí zmíněných celků. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis compares the political system of the Roman Republic and Athens during the crisis with a focus on the institutional structure of the given units. Comparation is done in the framework of separation of powers into the legislative, executive and judicial power. This criteria provide an unifying element for the different structures of institutions in given units. |
