| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá identifikací a analýzou některých slabých stránek lázeňského hotelu Spa Hotel Star. Jejím cílem bylo navrhnout opatření vedoucí ke zlepšení prosperity hotelu, která budou předložena managementu hotelu k vyhodnocení a případné implementaci. K dosažení tohoto cíle zvolil autor kombinaci zjednodušené SWOT analýzy a finanční analýzy podniku. Na základě výstupů obou analýz jsou určeny některé z hlavních problémů a jejích pravděpodobné příčiny a autor předkládá návrhy jejich řešení. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis deals with the identification and analysis of some of the weaknesses of Spa Hotel Star. Its goal was to propose measures leading to the improvement of the hotel's prosperity that will be presented to the hotel's management for evaluation and potential implementation. To reach this goal, the author chose a combination of a simplified SWOT analysis and a financial analysis. Some of the main problems and their probabale causes are determined based on the outputs of both analyses and the author presents the proposals of their solutions. |
