| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce má název Specifika práce s dětmi cizinců v prostředí mateřské školy. Práce je zaměřena na odlišnosti při práci s dětmi s odlišným mateřským jazykem i jejich rodiči. Zabývá se integrací dětí cizinců, interkulturní komunikací mezi pedagogem, dítětem cizincem a rodičem dítěte cizince, multikulturní výchovou v mateřských školách. Poslední kapitola je zaměřena na přípravu budoucích pedagogů mateřských škol na Západočeské univerzitě v Plzni. Cílem výzkumu bylo zjistit, jaká specifika vznikají při práci s dětmi s odlišným mateřským jazykem i jejich rodiči. Dále jsem vytvořila projekt, který může pedagogům pomoci v praxi při zařazování multikulturní výchovy v mateřské škole. |
| Abstract in different language: | The title of my bachelor's thesis is The specifics of working with children of foreigners in the kindergarten. The work is focused on the differences in working with children with a different mother tongue and with their parents. It deals with the integration of these children, intercultural communication between the teacher, the child and the child's parent, multicultural education in the kindergarten. The last chapter is focused on the preparation of future teachers of kindergartens at University of West Bohemia in Pilsen. The aim of the research was to investigate the specifics arise when working with children with a different mother tongue and their parents. Further, I created a project that can help educators in practice for the classification of multicultural education in kindergarten. |
