| Abstract: | V diplomové práci pojednávám o notáři a jeho agendě v konkurenci právnických profesí. V první kapitole popisuji jednotlivé právnické profese s ohlédnutím jak do minulosti, tak současnosti. Druhá kapitola se zabývá vztahem mezi notářem a advokátem se zaměřením na jejich koexistenci a konkurenci. Ve třetí kapitole se věnuji notáři stojícím mezi soudním komisařem a soudcem v průběhu času. Další kapitola se zaměřuje na exekutory jako na novou konkurenci notářů. Poslední kapitola hovoří o některých perspektivách notářů. |
| Abstract in different language: | In my diploma thesis, I deal with the topic of a notary and a notary's agenda in competition with other legal professions. In the first chapter, I describe particular legal professions with a focus on past and present. Second chapter is dedicated to the relations between a notary and a barrister in terms of their co-existence and competition. In the third chapter, I focus on a notary standing between a court commissioner and a judge over time. Next chapter aims at bailiffs as a new competition to notaries. Last chapter mentions some of the perspectives of the notary profession in the future. |
