| Abstract: | Předmětem této práce je vymezení, analýza a mezinárodní srovnávání ukazatelů statistiky práce a odměňování. Teoretická část je rozdělena na dvě základní části - definice základních pojmů statistiky práce a odměňování a úvod do časových řad. Následně v praktické části jsou provedeny analýzy jednotlivých ukazatelů v České republice v posledních letech a jejich následné srovnávání s vybranými zeměmi Evropské unie. Tato práce je primárně zaměřena na analýzu těchto ukazatelů: průměrná mzda, medián mezd, zaměstnanost, genderová diferenciace a plnění některých cílů strategie Evropa 2020. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of this thesis is a defenition, an analyzis and an international comparation of indicators in statistics of labour and earnings. Theoretical part is divided into two basic parts - definition of basic terms in statistics of labour and earnings and introduction to the time series. In the practical part particular indicators of the Czech Republic in the latest years are analyzed and afterwards they are compared with indicators of some countries in European Union. This thesis is mainly focused on analyzation of these indicators: average earnings, median earnings, emplyoment, gender differences and fulfilment of some goals in the Europe 2020 Strategy. |
