| Abstract: | Předložená práce pojednává o vzniku manželství jak v tradičním islámském právu, tak i ve státech s převládající muslimskou komunitou. Hlavním cílem je poukázat na rozdíly mezi právní úpravou islámských států a klasickým islámským právem. |
| Abstract in different language: | The present work deals with the marriage of both traditional Islamic law, and in states with predominantly Muslim community. The main objective is to highlight the differences between the legislation of Islamic states and classical Islamic law. |
