| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou výroby regulačních vřeten pro regulaci páry ve ventilech parních turbín používaných na USC elektrárnách. Zabývá se charakteristikou inconelových materiálů a popisuje postup obrábění a používané nástrojové vybavení pro výrobu vřeten z žárupevné slitiny Nimonic 901. V druhé části práce je popisována aplikace iontové nitridace na povrch vřetena z Nimonicu 901 a zkoumání vlastností nitridované vrstvy. Věrohodnost výsledků je podložena množstvím experimentů, které jsou uvedeny v příloze diplomové práce. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis deals with the production of regular spindles used for controling steam in a valve of steam turbines to USC power stations. Deals with characteristic of Inconel materials and describes the machining process and cutting tools for spindles production of high-temperature alloy Nimonic 901. The second part describes application ion nitriding on the surface the spindle from the Nimonic 901 and investigates the properties of nitride layer. The credibility of the results is supported by many experiments, which are indicated in Annex thesis. |
