| Abstract: | Teoretická část bakalářské práce se zabývá mikroskopií atomárních sil.Různými metodami měření a výpočtem chyb měření. Dále jejich úpravou či jejich částečným odvozením. Práce rozpracovává také teorii sond, jejich výrobu a použití. V praktické části se práce věnuje rozboru použitelných sond pro mikroskop od firmy BRUKER. Vzhledem k použití a zpracování z hlediska jejich fyzikálních vlastností a rovněž porovnání cen od výrobce. |
| Abstract in different language: | The theoretical part of the bachelor work engages in atomic microscopy force. Different method of measurement and calculation of errors or their adjustment or deduction. This work also includes the theory of probes and their construction and use. The practical part devotes the analysis of probes for the microscope BRUKER NANOS and their use in appearance of their physical quality and their price. |
