| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá základními metodami pro analýzu rizik procesu, jejich četnost využití a efekt ve firmách. Hlavním cílem práce bylo sledování metody FMEA a její realizace ve společnosti WITTE Nejdek. Metoda FMEA je v textu rozdělena na dvě části: FMEA produktu a FMEA procesu. Každá tato část je doplněna o praktickou ukázku realizace, která obsahuje analýzy a hodnocení současného stavu, závažnosti rizika a návrh opatření. Další kapitola je zaměřena na specifické požadavky zákazníků. Předposlední část textu se věnuje generické FMEA s praktickým příkladem. V závěru práce je navržen nový informační systém pro metodu FMEA. |
| Abstract in different language: | This work contains basic methods for risk analysis process, their frequency of use and the effect on businesses. The main point of this work is the FMEA and its implementation in the company WITTE Nejdek. FMEA is divided into two parts: FMEA product and process FMEA. Every part of this is complemented by a practical demonstration of implementation, which includes the analysis and evaluation of the current situation, the seriousness of the risk and the draft measures. Another point of the work is focused on specific customer requirements. The penultimate part of the text refers to a generic FMEA with a practical example. At the end of this paper proposes a new information system for the FMEA. |
