| Abstract: | Tato práce pojednává o panafrických integračních procesech. Panafrikanismus v práci rozděluji na dvě vlny. Ta první vlna nevznikla v Africe, nýbrž v Americe, kde zotročovaní Afričané bojovali proti útlaku. Do Afriky samotné panafrikanismus pronikl ve 20. století, kdy se začaly konat panafrické kongresy. Panafrikanismus pomohl s dekolonizací afrického kontinentu a za vrchol jeho první vlny považuji vytvoření Organizace africké jednoty. Tímto historickým kontextem se zabývám v první kapitole. Následující část pojednává právě o Organizaci africké jednoty, která se roku 1963 stala první panafrickou organizací. Jejím hlavním cílem mělo být řádné dokončení dekolonizace a řešení územních sporů mírovými prostředky. Další část navazuje na kapitolu o Organizaci africké jednoty, jelikož se tato organizace v roce 2002 přetransformovala do Africké unie, jež se měla stát akceschopnější platformou. Africká unie vznikla, aby napravila nedostatky předchozí Organizace africké jednoty a znovu oživila panafrikanismus. Panafrická spolupráce se týkala i ekonomické oblasti, kterou se zabývám v poslední kapitole, kde popisuji panafrické organizace Africké hospodářské společenství a Nové partnerství pro rozvoj Afriky. Nutno podotknout, že ekonomická spolupráce se výrazněji ujala v 90. letech 20. století, kdy také začala druhá vlna panafrikanismu, která vznikla již přímo v Africe. |
| Abstract in different language: | The main topic of my bachelor thesis are the panafrical integration processes. In this thesis, I divide the panafricanism into two main branches. The first one did not originate in Africa, but in America, where slaved Africans fought against the repression. In the 20th century panafricanism spreaded to Africa. In this time the panafrican congresses began to govern. Panafricanism helped with the decolonization of Africa. As a top of the first wave of panafricanism is considered the creation of the Organisation of African Unity (OAU). With this historical context deals my first chapter. The following chapter deals with the Organisation of African Unity, which in 1963 became the first panafricanism organization. The main objective have to be the proper completion of decolonization and the resolution of territorial disputes by peaceful means. The third chapter is related to the chapter about the Organisation of African Unity, because this organization has transformed into African Union (AU), in 2002. African Union is supposed to be more operational organization. African Union was introduced to correct deficiencies of Organisation of African Unity and revived panafrikanismus. Panafrical cooperation has also influenced the economy. I deal with this issue in the last chapter, where I mentioned related organizations: The African Economic Community (AEC) and The New Partnership for Africa's Development (NEPAD). The economic cooperation increased in nineties, when the second wave of pranafricanism started. This wave has its origin in Africa. |
