| Abstract: | V diplomové práci navrhuji a modifikuji hry a pohybové činnosti pro zdokonalení atletických dovedností na 1. stupni ZŠ. Zaměřuji se na žáky 1. - 4. třídy. Konkrétní hry a činnosti z teoretické roviny přenáším do praxe. Jednotlivé hry a činnosti jsou rozděleny podle toho, kterou atletickou dovednost rozvíjí. Žáky při pohybové aktivitě pozoruji. Po zvládnutí dané hry (činnosti) žáci vyplňují dotazník. Hru (činnost) posuzují ze tří hledisek: vliv hry ( činnosti) na unavenost, názor na délku hry a celkové zhodnocené hry. K pohybovým hrám (činnostem) uvádím postřehy, doporučení a chyby. |
| Abstract in different language: | In this thesis, I propose and modify the games and physical activities to improve athletic skills at the first grade of primary school . It is aimed to 1st up 4th grade. Specific games and activities are transfering from the theoretical level into practice . The games and activities are divided according developing athletic skills . Pupils are carefully observed during the physical activities . After mastering the game ( activity) pupils complete the questionnaire . Game ( activity ) are considered from three perspectives : the impact of games ( activities) to tiredness, opinion on the length of the game and the overall evaluation of the game. I mention insights, recommendations and errors considered to these motion games . |
