| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá charakteristikou výuky carvingu na supershorties, které jsou vhodné zejména pro děti a začátečníky. V teoretické části bakalářské práce je popsána historie vývoje techniky lyžování (předsportovní a sportovní využití lyží) a lyžařských škol, materiálové vybavení a všeobecná lyžařská průprava. Dále jsou zde definovány pojmy jako carving, jeho historie a kategorie, a supershorties, zejména jejich využití. V praktické části jsou uvedena průpravná cvičení, která jsou obsahem videoprogramu. Ten zaznamenává správné provedení průpravných cvičení a poukazuje na nejčastější chyby v nich. |
| Abstract in different language: | This work deals with the characteristics of teaching carving on supershorties that are particularly suitable for children and beginners. In the theoretical parts of bachelor thesis is described the history of the skiing technique (unsporting use of ski and sports) and ski schools, material equipment and general ski training. There are also defined terms such as carving, its history and categories, and supershorties, in particular their use. In the practical section describes basic exercises, which contained videos. This video records the correct execution of training exercises and points to the most common mistakes in them. |
