| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem Soft Skills. Které z těchto dovedností jsou dnes populární a proč je dobré je ovládat. Práce je rozdělená na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou soft skills definovány a jednotlivě popsány. K uvedeným soft skills jsou také tipy na jejich zlepšení. Praktická část se sestává z dvou rozhovorů, a jejich závěru. |
| Abstract in different language: | This Bachelor´s Thesis deals with topic of soft skills. Which are popular nowadays and why do we use them. The Thesis is divide into two parts. Theoretical and practical. In theoretical part are soft skills defined, and characterized. there are also tips how we can improve our soft skills. The practical part contains two interiews and conclusion. |
