| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na metody používané pro optimalizaci výrobních procesů. V úvodních částech popisuje metody užívané v provozu společnosti BRUSH SEM s.r.o. a následně srovnává náročnost jejich aplikace. Ve třetí kapitole je řešena reálná optimalizace konkrétního pracoviště. Závěrem je pojednáno o úrovni kaizen v provozu zmiňované společnosti. |
| Abstract in different language: | This diploma's thesis is focused on the methods of the optimization of the production processes. There is a description of the methods which are used in BRUSH SEM s.r.o. in the opening part. After that there is a part about the comparison of the difficulty usage of these methods. There is solved a real optimization of workplace in the third chapter. The conclusion briefly deals with the level of kaizen in this company. |
