| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá interní komunikací ve společnosti. Cílem práce je analyzovat a zhodnotit současný stav interní komunikace ve společnosti Socialbakers se zaměřením na české pobočky zejména na pobočku plzeňskou a formulovat návrhy pro účinnou komunikaci ve společnosti. První část práce se zaměřuje na vymezení základních pojmů interní komunikace. V další části je charakterizována společnost Socialbakers a provedena analýza prostředí. Následně je analyzována interní komunikace ve společnosti a vyhodnocena. V návaznosti na vyhodnocení interní komunikace ve společnosti byly určeny její silné a slabé stránky a stanoveny návrhy na zlepšení interní komunikace ve společnosti Socialbakers. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis deals with internal communication within a company. The aim is to analyse and evaluate the current state of internal communication within the company Socialbakers focusing on the particular branch in Pilsen, Czech Republic and formulate proposals for effective communication within the company. The first part focuses on fundamental terms of internal communication. The next section characterizes Socialbakers and environment analysis. Subsequently internal communication within the company is analysed and evaluated. Finally, internal communication is evaluated in order to determine its strenghts and weknesses and to set out proposals to improve the communication within the company Socialbakers. |
