| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zaměřuj na problematiku postavení a funkce České národní banky v ústavním systému České republiky. U postavení České národní banky je kladen důraz na vymezení samostatnosti České národní banky v souvislosti s jejím zakotvením v právních předpisech a v souvislosti s jejími vztahy k jednotlivým ústavním orgánům. Dále autor rozebírá funkce České národní banky v souvislosti s Českou republikou, Evropskou centrální bankou a plánovaným přijetím eura v České republice. Tyto poznatky jsou následně aplikovány na návrhy de lege ferenda. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis focuses on the issue of the status and functions of the Czech National Bank in the constitutional system of the Czech Republic. Regarding the position of the Czech National Bank, there is an emphasis on defining the independence of the Czech National Bank in connection with its anchoring in legislation and in connection with its relationship to the constitutional authorities. The author analyzes the functions of the Czech National Bank in connection with the Czech Republic, the European Central Bank and the planned adoption of the euro in the Czech Republic. These findings are then applied to proposals de lege ferenda. |
