| Abstract: | Diplomová práce pojednává o nelegálním zaměstnávání cizinců nejen na území České republiky, ale také na území Německa. Její jednotlivé kapitoly se věnují zejména podmínkám, za kterých mohou cizinci pracovat na území České republiky a Německa, příčinám nelegálního zaměstnávání cizinců, nebo také způsobu provádění kontrol nelegálního zaměstnávání cizinců a udělování sankcí v případě zjištění porušení právních předpisů. |
| Abstract in different language: | The master´s thesis writes about illegal employment of foreigners not only in the Czech Republic bus also in Germany. The particular chapters pay attention especially to the conditions under which foreigners can work in the Czech Republic and Germany, the causes of illegal employment of foreigners, the way in which illegal employment of foreigners is controlled, and the sanctions imposed in the case that an infringement of legal rules is found out. |
